It’s the penultimate episode of Revolution’s fall season. How could it not be great, it has the word ultimate in it? Well, this episode turned out to be a little slow at times, but the last 15 minutes or so picked up and Miles & co. are finally in Philadelphia!

We start out in West Chester, roughly 20 miles outside of Philly. A rebel is beating up Miles. Colonel Starkey is in charge. Miles laughs that the rebels are now using military titles like colonel and sergeant. Miles went to the rebels because he needs help to rescue his nephew Danny, who Monroe has kidnapped. In exchange, Miles will hand over Monroe to the rebels. The rebels agree.

It’s a jam packed night tonight. It’s the semi-finals and we get two full rounds of dances. In round one, the couples will be dancing the weird theme dances that were chosen in last week’s results show.

The only thing that disappointed me this week is no ooey-gooey decomposing body to look at. Instead we are treated to Hodgins sticking his nose mere inches from the liquid remains and then passing out. The writers come up with some of coolest things decomposing bodies will do and I am thankful for the weekly science lesson.

We also learn that Cam is still getting calls from the gynecologist but she is not interested… instead there is a new guy. I must admit I liked seeing Cam gush like a teenager as she thought about him. Will we have to wait long to know who it is?

In this episode of HIMYM, Barney becomes a hot commodity, Ted falls on his face but proves that he saved the day once before, and Marshall gets stabbed in the back. (Not literally.) That’s not even including the kiss. Are you intrigued yet?

You may remember that Barney’s ex, Quinn, was a dancer at a strip club called The Lusty Leopard. Now, after more than a decade, he can’t go there any more, and every other club in town wants to lure in this free agent’s business.

The chance to kick Hayden out of their business and lives motivates the firm this week to do something very dangerous. So dangerous they might have a difficult time in front of any judge for a long, long time.

Will is defending a wealthy woman who supposedly had her husband killed. If they can win this case, they can become her lawyer and wipe away their debt. The trouble is, it sure looks as if the woman really did it. Alicia is torn between Will and the new ASA Laura Hellinger, the woman she asked Peter to hire. Alicia gives the tentative Laura some advice and it works, which isn’t in the firm’s best interest.

At last, Mike Zapcic is finally featured on Comic Book Men. In this week’s episode, Mike and Ming decide to run a zombie infested 5k obstacle course race to raise money for charity. While Ming is an experienced runner (posting his impressive running achievements via his personal Facebook page), Mike is: let’s say “less experienced.”

Bryan decides to step in and train the guys a la Mickey circa Rocky 3 — the best of the Rocky sequels. There’s a funny training montage including bench-pressing comic book long boxes and culminating with a run along the beach like Apollo and Rocky.

The guys are gathered at the Clam in time to catch some breaking news – notorious criminal Bobby Briggs has been arrested. This prompts an emotional outburst from Joe. Apparently this is the man responsible for him becoming paralyzed. My fiance and I called “bullshit” at the same time as Quagmire did – we’ve all heard his story of how that happened.

It turns out – that wasn’t the truth….
