NBC has pulled the plug on the drama series Do No Harm.

The Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde-themed medical drama had the lowest-rated in-season broadcast scripted series debut in modern history and is canceled after two episodes. Do No Harm will be replaced by encore broadcasts of Law & Order: SVU for the next two weeks.

I don’t see how a network can cancel a show after 2 episodes. I thought it was pretty good. Then again, when I find something good, the network it is on either moves it to another day (which is aka for it’s going to be canceled or it is just cancelled all together.

The premiere had the lowest premiere ratings for a network show ever… and it dropped 22% in it’s second airing. There was no way they could keep it on the air.

  2. NO! Oh, well. I was actually interested in this. Thanks for the information. It scared me, anyway. I admit it.
