To clear any concern after Katherine’s injury last night’s, we were informed by Tom at the top of the show that Katherine is fine and able to continue in the competition if she is not eliminated.
There’s also a somewhat surprise announcement about Season 15. Read on to find out what all went down in this very intense results show.
Encore Dance: William & Cheryl Samba
Musical Guests: Alanis Morrisette and Carrie Underwood.
Macy’s Design a Dance: Chelsie Hightower and Tristan McManus dancing the Samba to “The End of Time” by Beyonce.
We are treated to a performance to promote the new movie Rock of Ages by Diego Baneta, Mary J. Blige and Julianne Hough.
As for Season 15, it will be an All Star Cast. You can actually go to abc.com to vote for your favorite past celebrity that you’d like to see return to the dance floor. Here’s hoping Kate Gosselin or Bristol Palin don’t make it back. I don’t think I could take it.

As Tom said, no matter who gets sent home, it’s going to suck. I feel bad – she scores a perfect 30 and then gets sent home. That’s a bad deal. But, personally, I couldn’t be happier that Donald gets to stay! I wanted to see him get into the finale and I want to see his freestyle! And I’m so glad that Katherine is better and that she gets to dance in the finale. Can’t wait for next week!

I’m thrilled Katherine if through! I’m rooting for her! I’m also so excited to see who makes it to Season 15, I would like to see obviously people who just missed out in their season but also some who were sent home unjustifiably early, like a certain Cheetah Girl whose exit still haunts me! Hmmm, now to make my wish list of returns…
I’ve no doubt Sabrian Bryan will be back in the competition. I didn’t watch that season, but I know many, many people feel that she was robbed. I hope she gets another chance to show her stuff! I’d like to see her dance.
I’m also very excited that Donald made it to the finals!! He’s my favorite. (although I must disclose that I’m a Cheesehead. Biased? Most definitely. Do I care? No. I do love watching him dance!) 😀 Excited about Katherine as well (she’s my second favorite! Have you heard her sing? I love her voice.) 🙂
You’re allowed to be biased! I had no idea who he was before this season, but I sure love him now!
I heard Katherine sing when she performed during classical week in season 12. Her voice is amazing!
