Pam gets a call that the balloon is falling. What does that mean? There’s a balloon that’s been in the warehouse rafters forever and now it’s finally falling down. Everyone reminisces about what they were doing when the balloon went up. Everyone is bummed out so they bust the balloon with the forklift. And there was much rejoicing.

Nellie has been transferred to the Scranton office. Nellie is going to take over Andy’s desk and his job.

Robert comes in to check on Nellie and finds out that Andy is nowhere to be found. Robert calls Andy and Andy says he’s super sick…with Florida flu. He’s gone to get Erin. He shows up at the house were Erin’s staying and tells Erin he loves her and wants her to come back. Erin says she’s not coming back.

Nellie holds a meeting in the conference room using some really bad accents. She says she’s going to give performance reviews based on first impressions.

Andy has lunch with Erin and the Irene, the old lady. Andy confesses that he hasn’t broken up with Jessica. Even Erin is offended that he came to get her but still has a girlfriend. Jim finally gets through to Andy and tells him that Nellie is trying to take his job.

Jim tells everyone they should refuse to be interviewed by Nellie because that would be accepting her as manager. Nellie gives Dwight a raise so everyone feels more inclined to let Nellie interview them so they can get raises too. Nellie even convinces Pam to take a nap in her office. Nellie is crazy, y’all but Robert is impressed with Nellie’s go get ‘em attitude.  He’s totally unfazed by Nellie handing out raises like candy.

Erin tells Andy that he broke her heart and Andy agrees that she broke his heart and he’s sorry they haven’t loved each other at the same time. Irene tells Erin that she thinks she should go be with Andy. Erin manages to catch up with Andy and tells him she loves him. They leave together.

So Andy’s job is on the line but at least he got the girl. I’m glad to see Andy and Erin together. They’re adorable. Still not crazy about Nellie but I guess we’re not going to be rid of her anytime soon. I do like listening to her talk, though. I’m a sucker for an English accent. And a redhead. Your thoughts?
