Finally! Our favorite Squint team is back and what a doozy of an episode it was. This is one of the few times that I was very interested in the case at hand and the best part was that gross bodies were showing up throughout the episode.

Booth and Bones are still looking for a new house to call their own and Booth finally finds one with the slight help of our man Sweets. Let’s get started…

The case:
So the Squint Squad gets the call that there is part of a body at the foot of the Lincoln statue. The thing I admire most of this show is how well our characters work together and the chemistry they have. Cam,Wendell and Temp lead the team to identify that the remains actually belong to several different people. Jack and Angela decipher the code the psychogeek killer left them, and Sweets profiles the killer and is spot on….as usual.

The writing and even distribution of plot to each of the characters was nice to see. I was happiest to see the gruesome remains and to find out the spinal column was held together with gut just made my night. Where do they come up with this stuff? God, I hope not out of real case files!

The big surprise of the night is that we know Booth found the Psychogeek killer but the team is not able to prove it and he is left to his house and prepares more geek ways to kill. Kind of like; McGyver’s evil brother. We will be seeing him again.

B&B
Booth and Bones are looking for a house and are not having too much luck. I had to laugh as Sweets and Temp are at the Diner and he reads out descriptions of houses and Sweets tells her what it actually means.
Examples: Temp; Adorable fixer upper w natural landscaping. Sweets; Small house with weeds.
Temp; Artistic bungalow w wood-like floors. Sweets; Shack with purple walls and cracked linoleum.
If you ever bought a house…you will know this to be true.
We think Temp is not listening to Sweets but we learn that she is and she takes his advice and doesn’t go out in the field and will stay in the lab.

I love the fact that Sweets and Daisy are still together as he states that he is buying her a Vespa, (oh how I want one of these!)And it is here that Booth gets the idea to do the same as Sweets, and look into the U.S. Marshalls Auction to see about a place to live.

As Booth explains to Bones that he found a place for her to look at, he also tells her that it was once a criminal’s house. I had to laugh as she explains that she is ok with that and sees it as taking over the hut of the enemy and they are the mighty! I love the way they think!

So we finally see the money pit…I mean the house, and boy will it need some work, but the way I see it is; Bones has plenty of money to make it the beautiful home I imagine they will have! I think the best part of this house visit was watching Bones put Booth’s mind at ease by saying she liked it and then saying she sees the “bones” of the house and they are strong and study and it will make an excellent home for them. Awesome!

I thought this was a great episode, how about you? Did you like the case as I did? Are you dying to see how the house comes out? Leave me your twocents.

Very nice recap. And yes, I thought it was a great episode, and I’d like to know what their house will look like.
One thought though. Nobody ever called her Temp. There is Tempe, but it is for her father/brother. Temperance is for Booth mainly, “Bones” is for Booth only, Bren or Brennan is for Angela, and for most of the other people she is Dr Brennan. It’s never been “Temp”.

I worry that the psychogeek will plot into bones and booth’s life and the baby and threaten them, Nothing is beyond him. I am scared for them.because brennan is msarter than him and he will stop her from stopping him.

I, for one, am glad to see someone take over the spot of the Gravedigger and be the ongoing nemisus. I don’t think he will go after B&B. but he will challenge them to catch & prove it’s him. This should be fun!
