So tonight’s episode was a Thanksgiving spectacular that brought everyone together and featured no fighting between the couples on the show whatsoever! Now everyone who just read that knows that’s a lie. Basically this episode featured everyone yelling and lying to each other.

But did any of the couples actually break up or was this just a huge bump in the road for them? Read on for tonight’s character breakdown.

Naomi/Austin – Naomi’s getting ready for Austin to come home from Las Vegas by buying some lingerie and getting her room ready, but Naomi is shocked by something Austin says when he comes over: he wants to talk, not have sex. Shocking, I know. Naomi wonders why he wouldn’t want her so she sets up a horse riding session and pretends to act dumb so he’ll find her endearing. Austin, however, doesn’t find it cute and leaves her on top of a mountain. Naomi tries to go after him, but her leg gets stuck in a rock. She’s basically up there the whole episode. She manages to get her purse before her horse runs away. She also says she doesn’t want to cut her leg off “like in that really long movie”. If she was referencing 127 Hours, that movie was only 94 minutes long so she must be a really impatient film viewer. Anyways, after she tapes a will on her cell phone, Austin shows up to rescue her. He tells her the reason he’s acting weird is because his parents are getting divorced. They make up.

Liam – Liam wants to throw a Thanksgiving dinner for everybody to bring them together. However, something might derail that plan: a turkey. He bought one and expected it to be already cooked. Sadly it wasn’t. I…don’t know what to say. You guys, he didn’t know how to make a turkey. I mean, it’s not terribly difficult and there were other people there to help him, yet he threw it on the barbeque. Anyway, Liam’s mom shows up to surprise him. Liam hasn’t spoken to her since he made her choose between living at home with her & his step-father or leaving. She says she left her husband, but Annie picks up her phone and hears her husband ask when she’ll be home for dinner. Liam confronts his mom about it and she basically says she can’t leave her husband without money and heard Liam had some now that he’s a model. He tells her he’ll write her a check but she can’t be in his life.

Ivy/Raj – Ivy & Raj are fighting because he wants to go to Maryland and start taking the steps to becoming a doctor but she wants to go to New Guinea and be a photographer. Ivy & Raj continue to fight throughout the episode, even fighting about why they even got married. Ivy talks with Silver about whether she even thought the marriage through before she agreed to it. When news of a brush fire caused by Naomi’s lighter causes the house to evacuate, Raj goes down to Liam’s bar worried sick about Ivy. He realizes this is how Ivy felt during his treatments. At the end of the episode, Ivy goes over to profess her love to Raj. However, Raj gets news from his doctor that his blood cell rise was temporary and his cancer didn’t go away. Raj decides not to tell Ivy about his cancer and breaks up with her.

Annie- Annie’s friend warns her that cops are busting prostitutes so she should be careful. We never hear about that again during the episode so they’ll probably bring it up next week. Silver also asked her about how she’s paying for Dixon’s rehab and she lies and says she got her inheritance. Oh, Annie. This web of lies is going to collapse around you soon, girl.

Dixon/Adrianna – Dixon returns from rehab for a visit. Everyone thinks Dixon’s been out on a tour, not in rehab. Dixon tries to reconnect with Adrianna, but she says he’s not ready yet. At the end of the episode, Dixon tells everyone he’s a drug addict.

Silver – Since Silver’s done with Navid, she meets a new guy named Greg. By the way, when I first heard his name I thought it was Drake or Trey (the audio in that scene was weird). Anyway, Silver asks him to come over to Liam’s Thanksgiving dinner. Silver originally thought he was going to be there for Annie, but Annie told her to go for it. Silver kisses Greg and warns him she just got out of a relationship. So will Greg just be a rebound? Most likely.

So another week, another meh episode. I still don’t really like any of the story lines. One way I think they could make the show better is by making Naomi single. I don’t really care for Austin’s character & I’d like to see a single Naomi for a while. They could also get rid of half the cast and do a sort of revamp of this revamp. So what do you guys think?
