Inspirational stories about dancers are back this season with a touching story of a young woman from California. And of course, the reason we sit through this hour long night – the elimination.
A leader board reminder for you: J.R. & Karina at the top; Carson & Anna at the bottom. With a little bit of shakeup in the leader board will another good dancer get sent home because they had one bad night? Read on to find out.
Encore dance: apparently a thing of the past.
Musical Guests: Kelly Clarkson and The Band Perry
AT&T Stars of Dance: Charm Ladonna dancing with Derek & Mark. She grew up in Compton, CA and always wanted to be a dancer. She toured with Madonna when she was a senior in high school and used that money to pay her way through college. She now teaches dance to the kids at her old elementary school.
In Jeopardy: Hope & Maks, David & Kym, Carson & Anna
Eliminated Couple: Carson & Anna
While this is the right choice for elimination, I’m still a little bummed. I enjoyed watching Carson even though he wasn’t a very good dancer. And frankly, I’m over Hope and her attitude. I really wouldn’t have minded if she had gone home. But I’ve been complaining about things not being fair, so I can’t complain this week. How do you all feel about tonight’s elimination? Leave me your two cents.
Next week: Broadway Week

Yeah, it was time for Carson to go, sure he was entertaining but this is in the end a dance show, and they should really not stay if they aren’t really dancing, and he wasn’t.
And I agree with being over Hope’s attitude, she needs to go too! I mean, yay good for you being proud of being a butch woman but you can be proud of being a woman too and dig up some feminity already! It’s all about being both. She can go too.
And while I always enjoy rooting for the ones w/ physical difficulties (cuz they are underdogs), Chaz shouldn’t be too far behind Carson. I have no idea how he’s going to have enough to give it to two dances a week, let’s not even go there.
But I am still hardcore rooting for David Arquette! Yeah, his interviews at the end are always a little weird, but I totally want to see him do well. I don’t see him winning, but making it third is possible.
I can’t wait for Broadway Week! Should be good!
I never expected Chaz to be around this long, but you’re right, he’s going to have trouble when they get to two dances in one night. Although, he seems to have healed well. He’s still not good enough to be in the competition much longer.
It seems like David focuses so hard on getting his dance done, that he has absolutely no focus left for his interviews! He’s so wacky! I’m not sure if he’s good enough for the finals yet – but he’s improving so much week to week that maybe he’ll surprise me.
The elimination of Carson was the right one even if he was so much fun. Hope was one of my favorite specially after Toy Story
but her attitude this week was horrible. The you notice Mask face
when Carson and Anna were eliminated that said a lot.
