This is it. Their last week on the Biggest Loser ranch. There will indeed be a double elimination, so by the time tonight is over, we will have our final four. It must be so hard to come this far and get eliminated two weeks before the finale. At least they have the $100,000 at-home prize.

Ali wastes no time telling them that there will be both a yellow and a red line at this week’s weigh-in. I’m still hoping Brendan or Frado will somehow get voted off. Hey, a girl can dream!

The alliance meets again to discuss final four options. Everyone in the house thinks they’re a part of the deal. Oh, what a wicked web…

Olympic champion, Nastia Liukin, is present to cheer them on for their pop challenge. Her message is just to never give up. They will have to do five different exercises, this will be a test of stamina. One player will be eliminated after each exercise. The winner will receive $10,000 from Subway. Here are the exercises:

1. One mile on Streetstrider – Liz out
2. Half mile run – Mark out
3. 1000 meters on Rowing machine – Ada out
4. 100 Jump Ropes – Frado out
5. 500 feet on Jacob’s Ladder – Patrick out

Brendan is the winner. Ugh. But he really did deserve it. He did a great job.

At the workout, Liz feels that she should not be underestimated by anyone, she’s pushing as hard as she can and it shows. Bob rides Brendan because he doesn’t think he’s giving 100%. Of course not, all his eggs are in the alliance basket.

Frado meets with Dr. Hazienga and learns that he no longer needs any of his Diabetes medicine. Everything is under control with his diet and exercise now. Bob and Jillian have a fireside chat with everyone because they are worried about them leaving the ranch.

It’s time for everyone’s favorite challenge. The carry your own weight race. They have to strap on all the weight that they lost and do 500 step ups and run a mile, removing weight in nine intervals. The winner will receive a $25,000 home gym from Cybex and a one pound advantage at the weigh-in. Everyone does pretty well and finishes, but Ada smokes them all. You go girl!

Their last last chance workout is brutal. Elizabeth kicks some major butt. Jillian has a heart to heart with Ada about realizing that she’s good enough.

Here are the weigh-in numbers:

Frado – 15 lbs – 5.70%
Patrick – 12 lbs – 4.12%
Ada – 6 lbs + 1 lb – 3.78%
Mark – 7 lbs – 2.34%
Liz – 4 lbs – 2.04%
Brendan – 5 lbs – 1.89%

Could it be? Yes! Brendan is below the red line and immediately eliminated. He takes it really well and I’m proud of him. I don’t know him. I’m just not a fan of his actions in the game and the way he’s been portrayed on tv. But I’m happy he’s gone. Karma’s coming around. But he’s done a great job and lost 125 lbs.

Bottom two are then Mark and Liz. If they’re smart, they’ll boot Mark. And they do, by a vote of 2-0, Mark is eliminated. He’s also doing great and is down 173 lbs.

So our final four are Frado, Patrick, Ada and Liz. After next week we’ll be down to our final two. Are you ready for the finale on the 14th? Who do you want to win? Please leave your two cents below and I’ll see you next Wednesday with more! Also keep an eye out for interviews with Lisa, Brendan, Mark and Jessica. Thanks for reading!
