I hope Parenthood comes back!
I’m not with ya on Parenthood. It’s not worth it. It’s trying to be a funny version of Brothers and Sisters but is failing. Bringing in a hottie teacher for Lauren Graham to be a cougar with is not going to build ratings either.
I hope they don’t go the Cougar angle on it either. The teacher-parent (aka Lorelai/Max) angle is enough.
I really enjoy the Peter Krause family dynamic the best so far.
But I don’t give up easy on shows, lol. I just deleted Melrose Place last week!
I have to say, I’m liking Parenthood right now more than I ever liked Brothers & Sisters at this stage in the game. Don’t get me wrong, I love B&S, but Parenthood just seems more authentic to me, rather than this family with the vineyards and Ojai and things I can’t really relate to.
I like them both. Would I be devastated if Parenthood didn’t come back? Nah, but I do think it’s funnier than you’re giving it credit for!
I guess it’s to each his own. I find B&S much funnier and not forced. Parenthood seems too forced and I feel like everyone wants to roll their eyes any second.
However, I do love me some Peter Krause.
Oh, man-a couple of shows I love are on the bubble: Gary Unmarried, Medium. I have to admit-I also enjoyed Accidentally on Purpose. Other than that, all the other shows I love on CBS are safe…wow, I watch alot of CBS…
House, Bones, the Simpsons and Family Guy-yay!!!
Hmm…dunno how I really feel about V-I enjoy it, but I wouldn’t be devestated if it disappeared. Glad the Middle is safe-I’ve been enjoying it.
I watch entirely too much tv. 😉
Everyone knows I was going to say this, but it’s all about Human Target. I am so fighting for that show if I have to raise an army.
Nip/Tuck doesn’t get the same series end thing that Lost gets?
Well it’s already ended…there’s nothing to look forward to. Nothing to plug in to our calendar. 😦 It went byebye already.
Wasn’t The Deep End canceled before it aired it’s “season finale” or is it still in limbo? I also thought Melrose was canceled already. Confused!
The Deep End aired its 6 episodes as a filler for Flash Forward and tested its ratings. It could come back as a summer show or a fall filler. One of those kinds of shows.
Melrose has not been 100% officially canceled, although it has not been picked up for next season. We only put canceled for the shows that have been officially canceled by their networks.
Ah, thanks for the clarification – although, I’m not really optimistic about either of those shows. Melrose might see an 11th hour save, but I think Deep End is gone.
