OH. MY. GOD. Episode starts off with a basically naked Lexi posing in like split screens and everything. I could NOT be more turned on. WOWWWWWWWW! Apparently Lexi was posing for Alex- who left- and boy did he miss out on the hottest chick on Grey’s in bed waiting for him. MEOW! 🙂 🙂 🙂 Opps, Derek walks in accidently, then Meredith does, and she lectures Lexi a little bit and tells her that her heart “lives in her vagina”. Maybe that’s why I am in love with Lexi?

Arizona arranges a girl’s night for her and uhh Hunt’s heart surgery friend whose name I never remember. Derek tells Mark not to sleep with drug reps in his hospital (BORING!). Richard is back as a surgeon (with his piss in a cup haha for drug testing). Yang misdiagnoses one of the new guy’s grandfathers who apparently is Harper Avery and apparently Harper Avery has an award. Silly Yang!

SWEET JESUS I LOVE BLONDE LEXI.

Deaf lady got in a car accident after stealing her daughters car. A survivor of Leukemia and Lymphoma needs a Lung but he is too high risk to get it. And the guy’s girlfriend looks super familar [readers: what show or movie is she from?]. Harper Avery wants Richard- and only Richard- to operate on him. And he wants to watch it, too. Richard still trying to make decisions like a Cheif. Derek being a baby. They talk. It’s a go.

Mark is still racking up the notches on his bed post all around the hospital. Hellz yeah! Harper Avery is chatting with the guys who are operating on him. Weird. His grandson seems to be frequently annoyed with him though. Probably the constant lectures and platitudes. Meanwhile, Mark can fix the deaf lady. And Yang found a fresh lung for the Cancer survivor somehow. Hunt’s chick finds out. She’s pissed. Not surprised. But she decides to do it. And the patient goes for it even though the girlfriend (who is annoying) doesn’t want “hand me down lungs” even though it’s his only choice. Mark goes to fix the deaf lady and he kicks Alex out- again- since he has a walking vendetta against him for sleeping with Lexi. Callie gives him a mouthful.

Harper’s grandson hates all the attention he gets for being related to Harper Avery- and he vents to Meredith again- who is probably the only girl who can relate in the hospital. Harper is still all annoying. Has some kind of issue and they have to operate again. Richard doesn’t want to. He wants to drink. Ha! At least he’s honest. But Derek has faith in him. Mark is hitting on the deaf mom’s daughter. He is going on a rampage! Holler!

Time to do a Lung replacement. And this guy’s lungs are messed up- they were like black. They get the lungs into him. And apparently it worked! And, oops, the annoying girl is his SISTER not girlfriend. My Bad! haha. Harper Avery is OK, too, he just had an allergic reaction to some kind of material they put in him. But now he’s OK. Meredith gives the grandson (whose name I STILL DO NOT know) a small pep talk.

Alex gets mad at Lexi for telling Sloan they were together. Even though she didn’t. They both agree it’s all non-feelings sex. But Lexi is obviously into him. Lucky bast…..grr! SO JEALOUS! Mark reconciles with Alex… even though he just had a quickie with Alex in the on-call room. And she walks out (out of breath, I might add) right as Mark is trying to do so. And Mark totally slept with his patient’s daughter (She was like 30 years old for the record.).

Richard and Derek have a little heart-to-heart at the end. The girls have their girls-night playing softball or something and drinking beer. And that’s a wrap!
