Security is tight in the lab when government agents order Bones and the squints to work on a classified case, which prompts Booth and his boss to bend the rules to determine what is behind the investigation. We also go on a rollercoaster ride to determine the owner of a positive pregnancy test. Read on to see what happened?
Cam finds a positive pregnancy test stick and wonders whose it is. She just had Michele leave the building, knows that Angela and Wendell are in a relationship, and wonders about Brennen. She goes to Brennen first, who denies it is hers. Then she runs into Angela’s office and asks (actually hopes) if it is hers. Then she turns around and sees that Hodgins is in the room. Angela denies it and Cam apologizes for interrupting. Now Cam is freakin out because she narrowed it down to her daughter, Michele.
Just then, the government agents walk in and close the place down. They wheel over the bones of somebody and tell them they need to determine the cause of death, not who it is, just the cause of death.
Cam wants to get this over with so she can kill Michele..hehe. Sweets calls Booth and tells him what is going on. They won’t let Booth into the building. When Sweets calls Booth again, he has his psycho analysis ready for him. He tells him the agents have worked together for a long time and had a fellow fallen comrade. Way to go Sweets!
Bones tries to determine how the person died, while Cam is determined to find out who he is. Hodgins takes the particulates and finds pink wool. A gunshot to the head and spine may be the cause of death. OMG…they think they have JFK!
Booth arrives and shoots his way into the Jeffersonian. The agents take his gun and won’t let him leave, now. Just what he wanted.
Just as Cam is about to call Michele, Angela confesses that the test is hers. She didn’t want Hodgins to know. Holy crap! She is scared about what to do.
They have Angela recreate the Kennedy assassination. Lets just say that Hodgins is in his glory with his conspiracy theory. To prove his point they, re-enact the shooting with cantaloupes. Booth says they need the same type of gun Oswald used, and Hodgins tells them of a secret passageway hidden through the janitor’s closet that has an exact gun. Hodgins wants to prove that you can’t shoot it twice in 1.2 seconds.
Booth proves him wrong! He does it, while the agents are stunned they got away with it. But then Bones shows another entry wound from the opposite angle in the skull. Proving there had to be 2 shooters. Booth says it is not JFK.
Bones asks Booth why he denies it. Is it because his ancestor is assassin John Wilkes Booth? Booth is upset and leaves her.
Hodgins tells Angela she won’t give up baby and that she will not ask a lot from Wendell because he has his whole future ahead of him. So Hodgins offers to help her, either by marriage, moving in together, what ever she wants. He still loves her. She is touched.
G-man White, ends the investigation.
Bones and Cam still want to work on the bones. Cam tells Bones that Booth was a sniper and killed over 50 people. He trusted the gov. and did what he was told, believing it was right. If they lied about JFK, then maybe they lied to him. Now, Bones realizes why Booth doesn’t want this to be Kennedy.
Cam had the pregnancy test retested when she thought it was Michele’s, and tells Angela that the test was a false pos. She is not preggers. In a way, I think she is bummed out.
So that they can make one final test on the bones, Booth does some fancy FBI footwork and ends up handcuffing all 3 agents to railing in the bldg. Everyone cheers as they watch.
Bones put 2 of the bones in pudding. One sunk and one didn’t. Meaning that it couldn’t be Kennedy. Booth hugs her is happy to hear it.
At the diner, we find out it could have been JFK, because he did have a disease that caused his bone to be like the one she tested. Cam is happy to know Bones lied to Booth so he would feel better. Her secret is safe.
Angela tells Hodgins she is not pregnant. I think he is a bit bummed out, too. They are close friends and walk home.
Ok, your thoughts? Pregnant…not pregnant…Angela…Michele…see? Rollercoaster!
Booth is ancestor to John Wilkes Booth…who knew? I had to put the case in this one, because the case is what brought out some info on our characters. Hope you liked it.

I loved it-I thought it was so sweet of Bones to convince Booth that it wasn’t JFK.
Hodgins is such a sweetie! I love him.
i know, i thought it was so sweet too! Hodgins is such a stand up guy. Like Angela said …she won’t forget it…so maybe they will get married? Hanson said someone was…hmmm
“Booth is ancestor to John Wilkes Booth” that was so bad for a review comment by the author lol
