Michael hosts a haunted house in the warehouse. It’s lame until Michael pretends to hang himself and then goes on to tell them that suicide isn’t the answer.
Angela is dressed as a black widow, Ryan is Edward Cullen, Creed is a vampire, and Jim is Facebook, which means he has the word book written across his face. That’s just as lame as Three Hole Punch Jim, in my opinion.
Michael and Jim go to a sales meeting that Jim had expected to go to alone. Michael fell into a koi pond at the meeting and comes back soaking wet to the office. Everyone makes fun of him. He says he’s not usually the butt of the joke, he’s usually the face of the joke.
Pam and Andy go to a cold call because they the lowest sales that quarter. The receptionist thinks that Andy and Pam are together and that Pam’s pregnant with their baby. Andy blows the sale when the person they’re trying to sell to thinks that they’re together. Andy tells the guy that Pam is the surrogate for he and his hot model girlfriend.
Michael holds a Do Not Mock meeting because everyone is teasing him. Dwight doesn’t want people to make fun of his too small nose, Kevin doesn’t want to be made fun of for his weight. Meredith doesn’t want anyone to tease her about having sex with a terrorist.
Andy and Pam make a sale by pretending to be a couple. Andy takes it a little too far by kissing Pam’s belly right in the sales meeting. Andy admits to Pam later that he’s tired of being single and really wants a wife and kids. Pam asks if he’s seeing anyone and he admits to liking Erin.
Jim teaches Michael the fine art of self-deprecation, which Michael then takes too far by admitting that he couldn’t think of five numbers to add to his friends and family cell phone plan.
Meredith’s roommate’s friend is the night janitor over at the building with the koi pond and Meredith gets the footage from the security camera of Michael falling in. Jim doesn’t want anyone to watch the video because it’s evidence that he let Michael fall into the pond. Michael is heartbroken and angry. Jim admits to Michael that he should have grabbed him but that Jim was angry that he wasn’t allowed to do the sales call alone. Michael realizes that Jim is jealous of him and forgives him.
Pam talks to Erin about Andy. Erin thinks Andy is the coolest person she’s met and says he’s as cool as Marlon Wayans. Way cool.
Pretty good episode but we’re seeing a vindictive side of Jim that I didn’t know he had. I did like the opening with all the office in Halloween costumes. Pretty fitting that Angela was a black widow. It’s also nice that they’ve made Pam actually look pregnant. What’d you think? Leave a comment!

This episode (and last weeks) have been hilarious!! Just when I was starting to wonder if The Office would be able to keep itself alive, they’ve done fantastic!! haha.
