Venezuela Bans Family Guy

Venezuela Family Guy fans are saying “adios” to the Griffins.

According to this article, the episode that sent the Venezuelan government over the edge was when Stewie, our little sweet Stewie, did a song-and-dance number (common for the show) about weed. This caused the government to accuse the US government of promoting marijuana usage.

Um, OKAY? Not so much.

The Simpsons is banned as well and any station that air the shows receive fines.

So what show replaced Family Guy you ask?

Baywatch.

Because that makes a whole lotta sense!

For us lucky American fans, new episodes of Family Guy can be seen on FOX at 9PM on Sundays.

Seriously? Of all things, THAT was the episode that got it banned? Dude. So boobs are better than weed. Whatever.

    Viva la Family Guy!

That’s what I’m sayin’! How crazy is that.

I’m wondering what made The Simpsons get banned. Hmm.. Maybe it was the donuts? HEHE.
